WE WILL FILE FOR ALMOST ALL INSURANCE CARRIERS!

Insurance benefits don't have to be difficult to interpret. We at Georgia Sports Chiropractic focus on making the filing process as simple as possible.

Our office participates directly with many insurance carriers. Look closely at your insurance card. The small logos on the front and back of the card identify the companies involved.

If an insurance carrier does not directly participate with us, you may still have benefits which cover our services. Usually, in this case, you must first meet a deductible - typically $200-$500. Meeting a deductible does not mean that you owe these amounts up front.

Insurance carriers we directly participate with include:

• United Health Care
• Aetna Health Care
• Cigna Health Care
• Great West Health Care
• PHCS (Private Health Care Systems)
• Kaiser HMO
• GA State Board of Reagents
• GA State Health Benefit Plan

NOTE that PHCS (Private Health Care Systems) has a large umbrella which cover many companies not named above. Also, Aetna HMO may require your PCP/MD's referal for chiropractic care to be covered.

Georgia Sports Chiropractic does NOT participate directly with Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Humana. However, you may be able to receive benefits from these carriers.

Regardless of how you think your coverage will respond, you should call the toll free number on the front or the back of your insurance card. Ask the representative for both your in- and out-of-network chiropractic benefits.
