Dr. Josh Glass is a second-generation sports chiropractor specializing in the treatment and prevention of athletic injures, and in the application of peaking and recovery programs for sports performance optimization. Exercise prescription and rehabilitation are also emphasized in his practice. He treats athletes of all levels, from the beginner to the professional and Olympian.
Dr. Glass earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Cum Laude, from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA in 2001. Josh also served an extensive sports chiropractic internship with his father, Dr. Hank R. Glass. He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He has been a certified Active Release Technique provider since 2006. Dr. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia in Sports and Exercise Science in 1996. He was a member of the track and field and cross-country teams at UGA, earning multiple All SEC Academic awards, as well as being a varsity letterman. He is a past 1st Vice President of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. He is also the Sports Medicine Representative for the Athlete Advisory Committee for USA Track and Field. Dr. Glass currently serves as the chiropractic consultant for Emory University and Georgia State University athletic departments, as well as Georgia Tech Track and Field Teams. Dr. Glass has served as a medical crew chief for the Atlanta 10 Mile, Half Marathon and the Peachtree Road Race since 2004. He is the co-founder and President of the Georgia Track Club, Georgia’s Professional Track and Field Team. Dr. Glass is the personal chiropractor for many of the USA’s top Olympic and World Championships medalist, including Atlanta’s Terrence Trammell, Dwight Phillips and Angelo Taylor. Dr. Glass has served on multiple Team USA Track and Field medical staffs, including the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Dr. Glass has been active in running his entire life, competing in and also coaching cross-country, track and field, and road racing. He can be found most days running on the Chattahoochee National Forest trails.
He also participates in cycling, mountain biking, adventure racing and snow boarding. He lives in Marietta with his son Jarret and daughter Galina.
Dr. Norman Eng specializes in the treatment of athletic injuries for patients of all levels, from amateur to professional. He treats injuries and soft tissue disorders like acute and chronic back and neck pain, IT Band Syndrome, hip/groin pain, plantar fasciitis, and sprains and muscle strains. Dr. Eng also stresses the importance of rehabilitation and strength and conditioning in his treatment plans so athletes can achieve optimal function.
Dr. Eng is the team chiropractor for the 2018 MLS Champions Atlanta United F.C. and holds a FIFA diploma in sports medicine. He also served Team USA during the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio as a team chiropractor. Dr. Eng has been a sports medicine team member for the 2015 Outdoor Track and Field World Championships, 2014 Indoor Track and Field World Championships in Sopot, Poland, 2014 World Junior Championships, 2012 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials, 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2014 USA Track and Field National Championships, and the Gold Cup Soccer Tournament. Early in his career, Dr. Eng has also been a strength consultant with the University of Connecticut Women’s Track and Field program and the University of Bridgeport Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. He has also coached the Wethersfield High School Track and Field boys’ team in Connecticut in ’00-’03, where the 4x100m relay team received All-American status in addition to setting multiple state and regional records.
He is also the founder and President of the Professional Soccer Chiropractic Society, a non-profit organization that aims to progress the discipline of sports chiropractic in soccer, both nationally and internationally. In addition, he serves on the USA Track and Field Sports Medicine Committee and has also served as Executive Secretary and Treasurer for the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council.
Dr. Eng is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He holds numerous certifications including Graston Technique and Active Release Technique, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (FMS and SFMA) certified, and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
Dr. Eng received his doctorate from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic where he graduated with highest honor (summa cum laude) and was inducted to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He has been active his entire life and can frequently be found running on the Beltline or at a local races in Georgia. Dr. Eng also speaks Cantonese (Chinese) and is conversant in Portuguese and Spanish. His other interests include cooking, soccer, weight training and boxing. Dr. Eng currently resides in Atlanta with his lovely wife.
